If you are craving a little ocean time while visiting Savannah, head on over to Tybee Island!
From downtown, it is about a 20 minute drive, keep in mind the traffic going on and off the island can get a bit crazy, especially during major holidays and summertime.
Something else to consider, abnormal high tides can cause some flooding, during strong storms. But Tybee is filled with tons of things to do that there is bound to be something fun to please everyone who is craving the beachy vibes.
